Pricing

All subscription prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST for Australian residents. Subscription payments must be received in Australian currency. We reserve the right to amend our subscription prices from time to time. While Australian Goods and Services tax (G.S.T.) is removed from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination and these must be borne by you.

Shipping and Delivery

Please allow up to 45 days for delivery of your first issue. If you do not receive your copy within the prescribed time frame please contact our customer service department on 1300 797 763 (international: +61 2 8296 5433) or email.

Shipping is by surface mail throughout Australia and sea mail overseas.

The delivery of overseas orders is reliant on overseas postal services and we cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

We will commence your subscription with the issue current at the time your order is received and processed. If that issue is unavailable for any reason, we shall commence your subscription with the following issue.

Refunds

We will extend your subscription pro rata if we are at fault in a failure by you to receive an issue.

May 2008 Table of Elements T-shirt subscription offer

All customers purchasing an Australian or New Zealand subscriptions or renewal from 8 April 2008 will receive a free COSMOS "Table of Elements" T-shirt WHILE STOCKS LAST. If not specified the T-shirt will be mailed to the payer's address. If no size is specified a men's medium sized t-shirt will be sent. The offer is valid until 28 May 2008 or while stocks last.

November 2008 Ventura watch offer

Free Ventura watch offer is available only to customers purchasing 2-year subscriptions or renewals from 20 October 2008 to 31 January 2008, WHILE STOCKS LAST. If not specified the watch will be mailed to the payer's address. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery of gift, separate to magazine. This offer is non-refundable.
